7-Day Return Policy

At Viserlab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
